Because all items are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on preference, design choices, or customization errors submitted at checkout.

At Tinks Luxe Customs, craftsmanship comes before shipment—because luxury should never be rushed. All orders require a processing period of 7-10 business days due to high demand, during which your custom design is carefully created whether on live or not. If you are not in the live for your custom design to be made, we will not make it until you are present to confirm design selections. 

 Once complete, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

 While we partner with reliable carriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control. Tinks Luxe Customs is not responsible for carrier-related delays once your order has shipped. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we cannot guarantee recovery of orders sent to incorrect addresses.
